yup, coz there shld be three diff postures inside half-moon post (+standing forward blend & backward blend). this website combined it together

今日上完兩堂yoga, 感覺唔錯 :-P

其中上hot 嘅instructor就成堂不停講哩26式,當然得1hr 一定教唔晒啦...不過好耐冇聽過d instructor用"式子"唸個term

今日上完仲見到hellora個囝囝呀

i heard that bikram changed some traditional postures to variation such as his tree post and standing bow pulling so that other ppl can't use it wor.

如要響中間做headstand, 我一定會好恐懼!!

我老公都知我upgrade 左個plan 啦. 冇辦法, 佢響我upgrade 途中打電話比我.. 我又唔想講大話.... 所以老老實實咁講. 佢當然係非常之唔高興啦... jandt, 你老公肯同你一齊做yoga, 真係好難得. 以我所見, 響planet 做yoga 既couples 多數都係外籍人士, 冇咩香港couples 架.

RE : tree post & standing bow pulling
你講起又好以係有時係 traditional tree, 有時係 bikram style tree(多數跟住做toe stand) , standing bow pulling 我就諗唔到有乜唔同 :tongue: 無人去告發就可以偷雞囉

我諗最大原因係我學左古法後成功介到煙, 我食左14年, 介左超過30次都唔成功, 今次係完全無用任何野幫, 由學左第10晚果一晚開始話要介煙就一枝都無食過, 最難係吵架時唔食, 我都無食到, 因為我介煙後聞到煙味會好討厭, 自動彈開成呎, 原因係做左 pranayama後, 個鼻通左好多, 吸多左氧氣, 身體無左唔食煙個"身體"好唔舒服的感覺, 我煙引好深, 唔係心引果個層次

第二大原因係5月去澳洲時學識左 appreciation, 中國男人一向都大男人, 要學識appreciation一定要放棄大男人呢個觀念, 西人係行大女人主意, 女人鐘意就乜都會做, 最主要係自願性, 唔係話怕老婆被迫做的

yes arh!! new instructor...... coz no choice at last tue night 21:30 (HOT) arh
but anyway I will join monday 1:00 and 14:30 (both karen), my body so hard :-( no tension anymore
