呢個pose唔係一味死bend個腰,咁樣去唔到遠.
唔好介意.你話個neck好tired我就知你一定use錯力.
呢個pose係要pelvis bone向前,申長個spine(including neck啦),use手幫助扯個人去後上角,收好shoulder blade,拉長左個人先,再拉落dd落dd落dd,keep住個spine一直延長.
原理同seated twist一樣,申直左個spine先有空間再twist dd,dd,dd....
做多d corba確有幫助,coz corba都係要你pelvis bone貼地,申長個spine,拉個shouder blade向後同腳(thigh)要有力向後一直伸.
係咪好似half moon?看似個人后上bend,其實是申長再拉shouder blade.你諗下係咪?
