你又講得對, 所以要親身見吓, 了解多d. 佢係年紀大, 好似成50啦. 但我都唔係要佢做操重功夫, 但就一定要細心同有責任感, 係這方面, 佢個前僱主就擔保無問題, 因為都做左成10年. 湊啊b, 我都係要靠我媽子.

你又講得對呀, 多個人係屋企, 真係好唔慣, 好彩佢係我媽子屋企, 唔係係我屋企住. 因為我係屋企, 仲會攞個公仔玩, 點都唔似係主人啦, 我諗我實俾佢蝦返轉頭. 我媽子就唔同啦, 佢唔笑, 個樣都好惡, 我諗佢實鎮得住個工人.

我上個星期己經有feel....不過吾係好密, 有時吾覺佢跳, 我就會擔心.
噙日下畫, 突然覺得bb係度360度轉, 都有一陣吾舒服, 個肚仲頂住有dd痛. 放工即閃返屋企休息, 吾ot. 今朝冇野lu, bb都有跳下.

too old la,你真係要3思呀,因我個大女都係由出生比工人揍大，話就話無粗重工作，但用的精神真係好大，你諗下初生ｂｂ每２小時便要飲奶，半夜又要起身睇佢，仲有抱一陳就唔覺倦，但去抱得耐你自都好甘ｏ架，話晒都幾磅人仔

另大ｄ時又要同佢玩，真係要好好精神夠後生先得，我提議你搵番ｄ３５ｙｒｓ以下的，講真你話同媽咪溝通，我個工人夠可以同我媽咪溝通啦，可用身體語言！

佢真係收我$800包驗身,但只係FOR係佢度請既新工人(oversea)既,佢點敢收我貴,我ref了甘多客比佢,工人係咪一定好就唔敢包,因請工人有時真係講彩數,但佢說話比較中肯,唔敢欺騙我law!!
至於好似你個case甘,經agency請一定會比自己去攪貴少少,但就唔使行來行去攪law,如你真係請現成呢個的話,我先幫你問下佢收幾多,到時你再決定自己攪定經agency啦

另佢前僱主講得對,係要一個月通知的,同埋個工人一定要出國,再申請過來的

好多謝你的寶貴意見, 好實用, 我今日下午都會約另一個agent談一談. 因為我想清楚都要見多幾個. 其次, 我有記錯左係下星期日先係見工日, 唔係明天. 所以搵個朋友介紹的agent, 了解多d行情.

Hey! I think my agent is the most expensive one ($2800 for direct overseas maid).

Actually, my auntie (relatives) was a Maid service agent owner for around 15 years, but 3 years ago, she was quit this industry, coz there are a lot of competitors with lower agency fees, so... she sold her business.

And I asked her any good agent recommended to me? she said "JC Cxxx", plus my mom told me that this is a honest agent, coz my mom helped my Auntie for her business, so she knew quite deeply about other agents. Anyway, I couldn't search any other agent, but I know that if we employ a maid, we must take risk!

Nowadays, the maids are not like 10 or 15 years before.... Before I get married my mom employed a part-time Phil maid for every Sunday cleaning, she is very good, till now I'm still asking her for cleaning my home once a month, plus I recommended to other friends, too. So, she works for us around 15 years!!
I'm really want to employ her to take care my baby, however, her employer is renewal her contract, plus her salary is quite high with not too much workload. I think she has very good personality, so that's why she worked in HK around 20years, but service to 3 employers only. The last 2 employers are immigrated to overseas, but she refused to go with them.. she loves HK, a lot of friends in there....

I guess this is quite difficult to looking for a real good maid in nowadays...

Then, how old is she. She works in HK for around 20 years. How's her performance and health?

Actually, from my point of view, if the maid is not good enough, she cannot work in HK over 10+ years. I will interview an 50 years Thai Maid next Sunday. yy02 advise me to pay more attention of her health as she is quite old la.

Hey!

Crystal, the "Good Phil Maid" must not work for me... she already has a very good employer for renewal her contract again... so she refuesed my offer.

And my coming Maid is a Indo, who is through the agent and she will be on board on Oct/1/05. I will observe her performance first or else I'm still have time to change.

My new Indo Maid is: 28 yrs old / Married / only work for 1 employer in 4 years at Singapore.

**One thing I'm a bit concern is she stop for working as a Maid since Sep/1999 and she went back to Indonesia to getting married.**

I don't know she is able to pick up that kind of hard work again... But I will she is young with new born baby exp, plus she knows simple English.....

駝彰彰時, 我老公都買咗一部好似叫 BEBE SOUND, 成 $6XX 部, 重要由頭到尾都未聽到過一次

要就啱位, 又要對到 BB背部先聽到, 不過都有d 人試過話聽到. 上星期我都試咗一次, 今次又聽到, 真係睇好唔好彩
