regarding the injection, what's the dosage u take ? and for how many days? how many eggs u've got and how many embroy u put ? in what day is your egg retrieval? and is it after a few day for ET?
is the egg retrival process very fast? do i need to ask my husband go with me so that he can accompany me when going home?
after ET, did u test on the 10th day ? did u rest alot after ET or act as usual?

yes, it's so fast. in fact, i want to talk to Dr Tay but the nurse said it's up to me whether want to do ivf.
anyways, it's a good chance.

about ivf:
1) started injection on day 2, my dosage is 150 iu for the first 5 days, did u/s on day 7 & found that there are already quite a lot of eggs, so reduce dosage to 75 iu for the last 2 days. so in total 7 days of injection.
2) i did egg retrieval on day 11 & there are 21 eggs. 18 turned out to be ok.
3) i did ET 5 days after egg retrieval. there are finally 8 embryos. dr ho only allowed me to put 2. the remaining 4 are frozen.
4) the whole egg retrieval lasts for around 45 min. yes, u definitely need your husband to be around cos as both juicybaby & i had mentioned b4, even if u rest for around 3 hours, will still feel nausau afterwards.
5) for testing, i did blood test 10 days after ET.
6) i rested in the hospital for around 2-3 hours after ET. afterwards, i didnt really rest a lot, i even attended a wedding banquest on the night of ET. but as suggested by the nurse, it's better to rest for the first 2 -3 days.

dun worry too much about the frozen embryo la, just remember dr had put in 2 grade 1 embryo for u, that means there is a good chance that u'll bingo! relax & rest more in these few days. i'm sure i can hear some good news from u soon. :lol:
do u need to take blood test for hormone level a few days later? & do u need to take vaginal tablets or 安胎 injection?
Glad to know that the bleeding has subsided and thank you for sharing the details of the IVF process. That is really what I need to be mentally prepared.
One thing I want to ask is during your sitmulation injections, was any blood test performed in addition to u/s monitoring?
