我大細妹妹都有lymph nodes突起既現象...

at first 係cc先 (細妹妹)...when she was 2m old, we found one 係佢後尾枕 (耳仔後面)...but when she was 5-6 m old, suddenly we found 3-4 more 都係係耳仔後面...而左右耳仔後面都有...then we took cc to clinic and the doctor refer her to QEH Paed.

The Consultant of Paed 好仔細禁檢查cc... and asked me many questions like anybody at home got TB, infections, any dogs/cats we have at home...

He said there's no need in this stage to carry blood test, thyoid test... to CC coz CC is very small... she is now healthy + strong... so just wait and see....

He told me in detail why we found the lumph nodes there.. he said it might because of inflammatory / infections in the area nearby... we don't know why .... coz so far (With God's blessing), she is okay...

finally he said as CC is healthy + the lymph nodes are not hard + pain... KIV is okay wor... and so CC will go back to there for regular check lor...

For yanyan, after CC visited the doctor, we found she also got the same symptons... and so today I'll bring her to visit doctor lor...

我估一定係姐姐dirty...攪到屋企very dirty...哎...coz after I use the 滅虫bomb...150 died + 80 died inside cupboards...

and.... another sad thing is.... CC also caught Candida infection....

Momotat, do u think that CC's situation is highly related to my maid's 烏糟 ???I'm really angry with her...

my sis said I cannot relate Candida infection of CC to her... BUT I personally think she should be responsible to it!!!

CC needs to use nystatin cream everyday... my poor CC ...luckily yan yan doesn't go the infection...

We need to find another house at least by the end of May next year. But as little B will be born at early Jan 08/ late Dec 07, do U think I should move house before I give birth?

150 + 80 曱甴...你話我屋企...哎...

其實although I have 3 kids... I have parents + 99 always stay at my home to take care them, feed them, help them bathing... and even cooking!!!

so u can imagine the workload of my maid is not soooooooooo high as everybody thinks... BUT she always claims NO TIME... coz I've three children... (her excuse for not doing this and that!!!)...

I did seriously talked to her... and she still said 'no time' to this and that... even clean toilet, if I don't call her to do, she will just leave it dirty TILL you request

her performance is absolutely poor... but... we have dilemmna,

1. we need maid everyday and can't allow a lap between

2. my 99 always 幫我工人講好說話...saying she is busy, busy and busy.... (But now, she always complains her too... hee hee)

I'm a really poor mom...

妹妹前晚6個鐘先喊醒叫食, 尋晚又試3個鐘就喊食.

Flora,
我記得你而家呢間屋的租金都算平, 如果你明年1月生, 而現在的業主要你明年5月之前搬, 咁我會盡量住耐少少先搬. 你係咪都想搬返帝堡城, 租住? 帝堡城現在3/4房的租盤數目好少 (應該within 5), 所以你都可以搵相熟的地產agent, 等佢有好盤就盡快通知你. 如果真係有啱心水的靚盤, 我會考慮提早搬.
我自己八月中之前都會搬, 好好彩俾我搵到個向南高層的3房單位 (我鍾意向南嘛

), 仲要係搬番同現在同一座添. :mrgreen:

, 所以, 可以考慮炒左現在的工人, 請鐘點短期內幫手. 又或者, 秘密地請定另一個工人先, 到新工人available時, 就即兜現在那個. 老實講, 工人唔做野已經抵打

, 仲要咁污糟. 就算醫生話bb的lymph node/問題冇關, 我同你一樣, 個心都覺得有關係的了.
你同你老公商量下換工人的野啦. 老實講, 屋企話事的應該係你兩公婆, 相信你老公亦會以小朋友的健康為大前題. 可以考慮秘密請定新工人, 無需太早知匯屋企的3位長老的. 到新工人available, 咪早幾日通知3位長老囉. 到時解釋話唔早d俾佢地知, 係怕佢地漏口風, 工人會對小朋友不利, etc.

其實有o左小朋友, 家居一定要清潔, 佢地成日食野跌到周地都係e.g. 餅乾碎/麵包碎, 又成日赤腳周圍走/o向地下又爬又瞓, 有時跌o左d食物落地下, 睇少一眼已經執起又放入口....

我隔日吸塵拖地我都覺得唔係好乾淨

我上次出事可能都係因為搬屋, o個時成日去睇樓, 頻頻樸樸.
出o左事仲有人問我老公點解咁趕住要搬, 仲要揀農曆7月, 雖然我地百無禁忌, 但一有事就會有人出聲law, 所以好睇你屋企d老人家點睇law.

教養孩童,使他走當行的道, 就是到老, 他也不偏離!

其實"大肚唔好搬屋"都有佢道理,唔係話迷信,而係唔想媽媽咁頻撲

有時呢 d 迷信野都有佢"科學道理"!

雖然我未問到資料返黎, 但都同意應該換工人.....有哂屋企人幫手都可以捱一段短時間無工人啦, 何況佢跟本無mug點做野, 有佢無佢都分別唔大!

如果唔係, 第時你對twins大d識行識走, 週地搵野放入口, 好易中招架!

小強唔好話多過十隻, 有一隻我都唔放過! 如果我係你, 我真係容忍唔到架! 可能我慣左無工人, 我寧願自己放左工辛苦d都會親自做哂d家務, 都唔想用幾千蚊請個工人返黎自己受氣! 當然工人好梗係舒服好多啦, 唔好就要炒!

回想我第二胎時, 搵好哂屋打算搬大d近d阿媽準備一家四口, 就喺搬之前果晚發現有左喇!

咁搬果日我就帶左小豆B出街, 完全避開哂拆野

野之類啦, 同埋完全唔攪執屋d野, 等老公慢慢攪lor...
其實真係好睇你家老人家信唔信, touchwood講句無事就ok, 有事就有得'賴'....
不過如果唔迷信又搵到合心水既, 生之前搬就好似好d, 因為阿B仲細既時候搬, 要照顧兩個又執屋都幾辛苦! 所有野settle哂先迎接小生命既來臨個心好似會定d唔駛handle太多野, 專心揍B就得喇!

我都係禁唸...

但係...我其實亞仔e+都未到三歲...e+呢個已經係3rd maid 了...poor bad record...我99+62密 je住我話我yim jim 一日換工人lor....

其實我唔界意冇工人...講真...e+我放工番屋企...我做得就做家喇...真係冇mud time 可以坐低睇報紙, 反而個工人hou住執報紙番kitchen時就睇娛樂版...有冇佢like個d Aaron, Alan, Andy...唉!

但當我一think我家個三個耆英...就唔想佢地要再'ding'多d workload...所以密think來think去lor...

e+ find到一個bun姐...大家comment下...

Can U talk to the maid's last employer? Well, if your current maid is so worse, to me, I'll give it a try.

re: moving house

Actually, I moved house too when I was carrying Tim during 6 months' pregnancy, from 1 block to another in the same mansion.

What I think is similar as that as Momotat. I think I can't rely on my husband alone. Also, I don't want the new baby to adjust to a new environment...
