Sometimes I did ask Kiyomi to help me, like tidying her room up, tidying up the toys, and monitor Donovan to eat, sorting out the clothes etc. But without me asking her, she won't do it lor. Of course, I will ask her do housework la as I am so fierce!!!!

When I was young, my mum didn't ask us to do any housework, when I grown up now, I think it is not a good habit not to help out lor.
My brother and sister who is still living with my parents in HK, they still do not do any housework at home ga, like after dinner, they will just leave all the dished on the table to let my dad tidy up and wash it.
I think it is so bad lor but I dare not to comment my own siblings cos I don't want they kill me ar!

i understand coz Marcus was like that when he was under 3, really handful... but now marcus seems more controllable, sometimes i talk to hoba not sure if the epa pills works! but be honest, in Trevor case, he's 7?? or 8?? you should talk to him (sure u did) or u should know there must be a way to stop him doing this! may be praise him more? or if he's not acting good then he cant go out? wl it work? if u said he's out of control now ..u know, it's more to come when they are teenager arh!

We got a chart at home for the kids to collect points, if they are good, they got 1 point, if they are naughty, 1 point will be erased. And we will say at certain points e.g. 20, they will have something (e.g. a treat like doughnuts) 100, they will have a new toy, etc. So they are more keen on helping out and being good!
Kids are really childish la, they will cry like death sometimes if they lost a point! So just to make use of the chance to tell them, if they behave good, how will they lose a point lei?!

of course they need to ask the permission to watch tv/pc la, they do the same, i dont think i m fierce wor.. and if they hv done what they need to be done, no problem for me gei.. but not over the top lor. just like last week Hoba told siuwa there was a brit award on in tv, (i hate hoba always doing that when it was about time to bed), as siuwa & marcus is Take that's fans.. so i allowed them to watch till 'Take that' finished lor.. and i told them it was becoz it's half term !

haha, i got the chart before as well! but now, as u know i just started giving pocket money to them. Coz siuwa told me her best fd got pocket money every week.. and i think it's almost the time for her to learn how to use money but of course i wont be so easy just giving la, i want her to learn responsibility, so fm now on, the tidyness of the sitting room is under her control. then i wl ask her to sign after money received.. and marcus just started today, his job is tidy up the shoes (everytime they dont put back the shoes properly!!), he just came back fm cycling and telling me he just tidy up the shoes, haha, so he signed n got his pocket money!

Do you shout at home ga?
I do shout to kids when I can't control them, I will raise my voice.
My neighbour could her my shout ga! Cos I was once asked my neighbour if she had heard me shouting?! She said she could hear from her kitchen (cos her kitchen is attached to the table that my kid is doing homework!) And I usually shouted there!!! And my hubby told me sometimes when he got home from work, he could hear me shout outside the house!!!
So u see how fierce I am! Actually I don't enjoy shouting and being fierce ga, but I need to be in control mah!

O, they like take that. how did they learn about take that ga? Irene likes Hannah Montana (don't know how to spell) I don't know what she likes about hannah, and where she learns it from.

As I said b4 I gave pocket money to kiyomi when she had helped me to do something. And all the money I gave her was still in the piggy bank. How will your kids spend the pocket money lei?
