1) Turkey is not heavily marinated, what bring the taste out is the sauce/gravy and those stuffing. Western cooking method usually only use salt as marinate for meat and as turkey is a big bird, the amount to the meat is not much.
It is not saying Iodine is not good, in fact, we need it to protect ourselves from sickness. Though I would say bb over 1 eat is better cos before that, all nutrients mainly comes from formula and thus is sufficient.

4) Pasta like abc (Buy those colourful one)
5) Buy some canned juice

10) Oats/museli/rice pudding
