唔好咁諗, 應該係同自己競賽, 話比自己知每次做都要好過上一次, 咁先至有進步! 每個人嘅極限都唔同, 練習日子長短又唔同, so.... practise more you can gain more!

唱完歌我都唔知可以做咩... 又話唔可以食野... 或者你帶定d reading, 到時再諗上唔上samrat.

點解要hatha m 之後先問? 唔workshop 完就問呀? 我hatha m 完就趕趕地返澳門啦.

我老公都話我冇晒身材... 好唔 like 我做yoga 啦總之... 所以關於 yoga 都唔 like 啦.

你咁高, 都唔駛著高跟鞋啦... 我要呀... 不過都唔會太高, 2" - 2.5" 左右... 如果唔係我d 西褲拖地.

我要搵日weekday 返黎捐血+登記骨髓啦.

esprit quality 唔好呀... 我最近買左條腰帶, 好快就爛. 腰帶好少會著爛架嘛...

我地幾個做yoga 既都覺得做左yoga 後都有空降現象. 可能係因為個空firm 左, 所以自然細左.

但做得多warrior, chair poses, 我覺得我成條大脾都好 yuen 架. 或者做下mark 大大脾果隻chair 呀.

no la, i wait la. i went to the yoga clothes shop u mentioned b4 last time, On Hing Terrance. bought one. $390-25%off, but no pads provided, need to put it by myself.

pelvis bone要貼實mirror--- camel 時都係咁架...
其間連最簡單既mountain pose 都要 tug your tailbone, 老師分分秒秒都提住, 反而無數住 inhale & exhale


yes, u can use wall, but use mirror, u can see clearly whether u use ur pelvis bone to stick on the mirror & whether ur hips are square.

carmel:keep pushing ur thighs to the mirror/wall
wheel: use your arms touch the mirror/wall first before pushing up ur body.
better a witty fool than a foolish wit

u all don't like Jelly Beans?
quite comfortable for me.

i went shopping tonite, quite stretching lesson
just wanna buy shoes, but at last spent $1440 for 1 vest,2 clothes,1 t-shirt, 1 one-piece, 1 shorts. another $292 for a yoga vest:-( :-(
now waiting for sun sulatation & ashtanga beginner

actuallty i think they don;t understand it's all yoga centre's (all gym/dancing school/xxx school) problem for booking . as we all know, it's easy to have vancacy when u line up in person

我 firm 之餘仲胸線升高左喎, 上胸又多左肉, 雖然仲係同一個cup, 但填滿左囉

你地做asana 時, 有無心口用力做架 ?
eg : in sun salutation, 做 cobra 時, 有無用力推個身向前再向上? elbows 要貼住個身唔係飛向兩邊?

腳指腳踝一直線果隻 chair ? 我平衡唔到呀

腳指腳踝一直線果隻 chair 我覺得易平衡過兩隻腳係shoulder width 果隻呀.

其實我自己唔係好覺我個胸有 firm 到, 只係好明顯細左. 唔通之前果d 係水腫?

jelly beans 我覺得個鞋墊好硬, 自己加鞋墊都冇用... d 底咁硬既鞋我會好易著到抽筋...

我怕上完workshop夜啫.星期日workshop之後有堂,所以prof.可能要趕住交房比人,所以我先話m之後.sat都得架

我頭先試過.盤骨貼牆,都係勁震.(好左d架啦)可能係我唔夠力啦

我個topic係多元文化,我想做宗教既多元化,不過呢個topic好似好淺咁,無咩特別view帶到出來。其實我之前present係translation of cultural不過我又唔係好熟translation所以咪唔做lor.又有諗過做後現代...死啦,我未諗定

但workshop中只有我一個做得又直,又hold唔得耐.仲震得好明顯。我見個個彎得好後

我星期四暫定12:00船

教你一個方法, 不過係超辛苦, 唔係 asana 黎既

1) 雙手一齊做權頭狀, 向前引直, 高度和額頭一樣
2) 然後曲手肘, 心口用力頂前, 至雙權頭收到兩個手肘和膊頭成一直線, 唔好過後, 唔係會拉闊個胸
3) 然後再直雙手重覆(1)

每日重覆做20-30次, 可以就改hold 汽水做, 重點係心口用力和慢, 唔係手臂用力, 高度要和額頭一樣, 唔好越做越低, 無效架, 對住鏡做最好, 做完心口會累
