When I do the egg white this time, I use the same method as the cheese cake of ck mouse, i.e. I beat the egg white with suger until the foam will not fall out even we turn it upside down. Is it correct?

2) Yes, esp when I bake bread, the top is already burnt but inside is still not OK.
3)Yes, except I use 2 eggs as I don't want to throw away the 1/2 :-x:-x
4) I am not sure as this is my first time :-P
Now, I bake the cake for addition 20 mins already at 130 as the inside is still a little bit wet. But, my hubby said it smell good.
