我都曾經講過,the easier pose look like,the more diff .因為個個都掉以輕心.好似cat pose咁,我都話眼見10個有5個做錯.你問我,我覺得warrior 1係超難.down dog我都learn左一年.

recently做asana做得唔係幾開心,last night同instructor傾過,大家都感嘆依家d人上兩個月yoga就走黎上ashtanga,基本功通通未做好.謂之扮yoga,有其形無其實.同instructor傾完雖然心結未totaly解開,不過好似好d,希望可以搵番做asan果種喜悅,而唔係frustrated... :wink:

都話recently唔係咁happy咯,咁洗dd$happy下得唔得唧?
佢都無問我要唔要買pads.件clothes入pads個位係中間,無車線分左右,唔係on the side兩邊入,好似好易會甩pads或者走位咁

好呀,我諗我會星期六日去買。
我尋晚都有重覆咁練,希望可以hold耐啲,每次再落少少。其實之前用既力都岩,不過無咩點hold。正如你所講,看似好簡單既動作但其實係好難。既然我上番嚟個下half moon做到,無奶油第二吓做唔到

我都唔想要咩高難度動作,只要做好啲基本功就足夠,我覺得咁樣做會開心啲同埋真係做yoga lor.唔係做雜技同軟骨功

係lor, light on yoga係咪有2個版本呢?如果係邊個好啲?

light on yoga 得一個 full version咋嘛,兩個出版社, size唔同

咁我k 屎同rabbit 差唔多... 我餵完人奶後比以前細左, 跟著做左yoga 五六個月後再細多d. 我記得我初次去上環買爸爸時都比而加大d.

jandt, 咁alqxxxxx 果支又同website 果支有咩唔同? 正式黎講我用左alqxxxx 三日半啦... 都未有咩"起色". 唔該晒你, 不過我都希望唔駛勞煩你啦.

我都係O 型腳... 所以我唔會著裙露對腳出黎. 你做one leg balancing pose 要唔要adjust 下對腳先做到 ?

腳指腳踝"打橫"一直線果隻 chair.......hmmm........never tried wor. so where should the knees bend? outwards?

If my husband wants big breasts... i'll tell him to 隆胸himself. He can always enjoy them la....

ALQIVIMA 枝油用平價精油溝, website果枝油用rose溝, 超貴精油溝, 一般芳間既豐胸formula 都用rose,就係因為佢用平價油溝我先會最初睇左咁耐都唔買住  除左rose, 最普遍係加 fennel, (崔乳作用) 你努力d啦, 討論區既人話用左4個月終於見到效果, 另有人話佢乜都唔用, 淨每晚按摩30分鐘都有效果, 精油係幫助, 按摩係主力

唔洗 adjust, 但做 trangle 腳, 方向似 warrior 1, 上身壓向knee, 就唔可以兩腳成一直線, 要隔一步, 你要點 adjust 呢 ?
