鑽石山靈粮堂 - the only advantage is 近家, but you will have to think, can you or your hubby bring April to school every morning? As I am sure you won't let your maid to push 小b 送 April 返學. And how about coming home in the afternoon? Your maid + 小b 接?
培正 - "考小學不用煩", but need to pay ma, 你又要供樓, I personally won't consider. Remember you have also 小b to think about. Besides, you could have other choices if you are willing to pay school fees. Not only limited to 培正.
:evil: 家中十兄弟, 佢最大 (我選工人時係唸住大女會有家庭負擔). 點知佢負擔重勁, 死左2個, 仲有8個兄弟姐妹, 最細個e+係1.5yrs. 得佢老豆一個耕田+佢養家, 佢話. 唉........................(個唉聲係我發出架)

Which primary school you are target? If I were you I will prefer e+ kindergarden as this is whole day. The advantages:
1. Free of charge?? (or less pay la)
2. Whole day school (April no need take time to settle down during P.1)
3. Your maid will has more time to take care the little baby.
4. Your maid and little baby no need to go down to pick up April (after school / go to school) especially during the winter time.
5. You and your hubby will have more time with April after the little baby born.
I talked with Yansy's principle someday and she knew that Alex will not study the same kindergarden as I told her that Alex can't study the 嚴肅的 kindergarden. But I'm quite afraid Alex can't pick up the p.1, the principle said to me it is ok ka as the teachers will lead him and settle down his p.1.
For the lucky draw, if you are not luckily like me then you can knock the door and you can save the 學費 for April to learn more activities.
