breakfast: milk (6oz) or cereal (depends on her mood)
early lunch: congee
mid-day lunch: cereal (mainly for milk intake)
dinner: congee
before bed: milk or small cereal 5-6 oz (again becoz she does not like milk therefore sometimes need to give cereal)
and some snacks between (1) early lunch and midday lunch and (2) midday lunch and dinner
Snack = (fruit/yoguit/vege)
So my qs are
(1) do you agree if I change the mid-day lunch by abc or the recipe suggested (steamed egg, bread pudding, cream soup, mashed potatoes)
(2) how to make pudding? steamed egg without egg white? and cream soup
PS: sorry, I am not a good cook, so my questions to you might be silly questions
Thanks, Kaman.

U can add milk to make steamed egg, bread pudding, cream soup, mashed potatoes, congee.....
1) Mashed potato and abc can be, other better for afternoon tea cos the amount is not enough to make her feel full.
2) Soak diced bread in milk and egg yolk until absorbed, steam until set. Steamed egg can be with white if your b is close to 12 months. 毛毛已經吃了蛋白啦。 Cream soup better fits to pumpkin soup, sweet potato soup....just boil in broth (cook chunks of meat in water and throw away the meat) and puree with milk.
