nostrum for athletic foot “香港腳” “ Hong Kong foot” :--
Step 1 : to throw away all your old socks, buy another two sets, remember two sets, I’ll tell you why at the end there.
Step 2 : to soak your foot in a salty water blended with half cup of sea salt (粗鹽) in a basin of hot water (better at 45 degree), according to what I know ICELAND spa salt available from beauty shop (facial 鋪 ?) is better, but never mind sea salt can do more or less the same, soak your foot every night after bath for 30 minutes, (so enjoyable to do it while watching TV.
Step 3 : blow dry your toes with hair blower, then apply tea tree oil (without diluted !) on to the desire area, remember SUFFICIENTLY. Apply again before you go to office.
**the whole course is strictly three week non-stop treatment, remember to change a new pair of socks, I mean new NOT just washed.
If there has been an ulcer and bleeding of smelly liquid, buy 五蚊乳香and 沒藥, 二蚊 what they call 冰片, all grind to fine powder, spread the powder to the horrible ulcer, until it is recovered, Then step 1 to 3 can be started, one more thing you need to do---send me email while the foot become fragrant again!
Part II
臭狐
step 1 ; clean your arm pit with mixture of tea tree oil and hot water, (ie ten drops of tea tree oil in a glass of hot water 45 degree C is quite good)
step 2: dry your axilla (armpit) then rub with 白礬 & 密陀僧 powder for five minutes (buy 10 dollars白礬 and 密陀僧 from chinese herbal shops, and ask the shop keeper to grind these two things to very fine powder, or you can make it finer with your coffee grider)
step 3 ; no need to wash away the powder, just leave it,
DO THIS EVERY NIGHT AFTER BATH, AND IN THE MORNING BEFORE GOING TO OFFICE, KEEP A SMALL BOTTLE OF THE TEA TREE OIL IN YOUR HAND BAG, YOU CAN DO THE CLEANING AT TEA TIME 3:30 PM, BE PATIENT TO PRACTISE THE MENTIONED FOR 30 DAYS . 雪山飛孤WILL DISAPPEAR>
I also want to know where to buy the tea tree oil. Is that the one used for massage???
Anyone try the method of treating 臭狐、香港腳???Is it effective??? ?-(
