公司, 有新僱主請左佢叫佢2月返工, 我就問個印印想呢個月

幾多號上機, 我要買機票, 佢同我講佢唔返印尼, 叫我比機票

錢佢, 佢6月先返印尼到時可以用呢個錢買番機票(佢既新僱

主都批準左佢6月可以返), 我想問, a) 我應該比機票錢佢.

b) 6月先叫我買. c) 佢唔走係佢既事, 我可以唔比錢佢呢?

另外, 呢個工人我用左佢4年, 2年前佢返左印尼放大假, 之後

再返黎開工, 咁我係咪由佢返黎開始計係續約第一天上班呢?

(唔知你明唔明我講咩)

Hello ching~mama,

如果你的工人唔想返agent度，最重要係視乎佢有無passport及合約係手。如果有咁佢就可以自行找新的僱主及agent。有大機會可以做到。

另外，以我的經驗，沒有出國經驗的工人大多數比較純，比較服從。但同時亦會比較蠢，一般都需要有人先帶她及教她工作一段時間才能自己上手工作。所以沒有出國經驗的工人並不一定適合所有家庭。我覺得如果平日家中有人帶她工作會比較適合。

兩位所指cilacap及Indramayu這兩個地方係比較近雅加達。兩位可以出一張機票係去雅加達機場給工人。而以下有一些價錢給大家參考:

1. 國泰航空 - $2,010(1月1日至29日及2月16日至3月23 日)

2. 汶萊航空 - $2,000(直至3月31日)
以上價錢已經包括所有稅項

不過航空公司的機票價錢可能隨時更改，因此如需要最新的資料請向我查詢。

Malang會係比較近泗水那邊，機票價錢會比去雅加達貴一點。暫時最平會係長榮航空，大約$1,850。一般來講，農曆年機票前及過了農曆年機票價錢都會平一點。

I want to ask if the Filippno needs to use her original employment contract to enrol course like nursing aid in HK or not.

My maid lost her wallet with the original contract and her mobile phone last Sunday. All my information shown on the contract and our phone numbers also recorded in her mobile. Since this Monday, we receive the call without answer or just ring 1-2 time and hang up frequently. It disturbs us so much.

Though she report lost of her wallet and the things inside which she shows me but I forget to ask her why she did not report loss of her mobile. Is it good to ask her why not report loss on her mobile now, few days after the incident? I also tried to dial her old number but reported stop-registered.

I'm afraid she initially intended to apply loan not enrol course or for other purpose...

And now i need to change my home phone no. and beware any missing letters or strange correspondance. So trouble!

Her contract will be expired in August. She is forgettable even though her important belongings like money, mobile phone... She gave us much inconvenience in this case and makes us trouble and worry. Do you suggest to renew her? I find that I do not trust her as much as before after this case. What I should do? Please advise. I am so confused now.... :cry:

我自己覺得是否跟女傭續約其實需要留意女傭的平日工作表現。例如她對你的家人是怎樣呢?平日的工作表現又如何呢?雖然她這一次的確犯了錯，而且更影響到你及家人。但跟她平日的表現相比，你覺得是否可以原諒呢?當然，如果平日表現不好就不用作太多考慮。但如果只是一兩次犯錯，我覺得就可以視乎情況決定。

我個印印在上一僱主完約後隨即到我家打工,正常來講,我需於1年內要給她返回印尼一次,而我有以下的問題,請指教:
1. 如她要返印尼,來回機票應否由她自己負責(她已經收了舊僱主的單程機票錢).
2. 她需要最少返印尼7日還是14日(她是no pay leave 的,因為當她完了我的兩年合約後,我才會給她14日大假的)
3. 有人話可以返一轉大陸就可以唔使給她返印尼,這是否合法的?如不合法,而又被有關的政府部門check 到,會有什麼懲罰呢?
4. 如果要佢復活節返印尼(Malang),來回機票須多少錢呢?

問題比較多,但希望可以為我解答. 謝謝
