The only solution is to nurse baby on that side in the coming 2-3 sessions and only pump milk out on the other side. I use heat pad before nursing if I found my breast hard for milk cot. Hope this help.
I think I can quit office pumping 1-2 months later whe Hoi Ching can have 2 meal of congee. She eats a large bowl of congee now in the afternoon and is very 為食. She even grabs the banana on my hand and put it in her month.
