我原本打算去 night zoo, 但因時間同行程上安排, 可能要改去day zoo, 想問day zoo 是否一樣有遊覽車坐? 因為怕日頭太熱, 有車坐小朋友會舒服d!
day zoo 大約可以玩幾耐?
之前有聽過朋友講去night zoo玩, 覺得四處黑漆漆, 乜動物都睇唔到, 是嗎?

日頭那個未去過，俾唔到料．
夜晚既 night safari氣氛的確幾好，周圍都黑麻麻，坐遊覽車時，動物既地方有spot light 照住，同埋會有食物引佢地行近d.

We stayed in Meritus Mandarin Hotel.

Yes, we went to both NS & Zoo. And I would suggest you to visit both if you have time. We almost spent a day in the Zoo.

You could take the tram ride in NS and there's one stop that you could leave the tram, take a walk and then take the tram at the same station again. There's a guide in the tram to show you the animals.

But I don't think the tram ride in Zoo is worth taking. It's better just take the time, walk & visit all the animal up close and personal.

There's a playground for kids, including water fountain where kids can get wet and have fun. There's a also a bubble pool for kids under 120cm.

My SG colleague suggested us to eat Chili Crabs @ No Sign Board in Esplanade, but you better make a booking first otherwise they may not be able to serve you.

I like a Japanese Rest @ CHIJMES, but it's expensive, esp for dinner. It once costed me almost HKD1000 for 1 person.

night safari ...可能會有些驚...我訂了一晚Costa sans resort , 在 wild wet wet water world 旁邊.較方便

Relax, those 雷雨/ 大雨 normally occurs at evening. The weather forecast for our trip was the same and we never need to bring out our umbrella. Both times we were in taxi when it rained.

BTW, for those who travel with Singapore Airline, remember to keep & bring along your SQ boarding pass, there's some restaurants that would offer 15% with SQ boarding pass.

im going to singapore in May with my 12months old baby and family. Im thinking of staying at the Swissotel Stamford in Stamford RD at City Hall mtr station. It cost 210 singapore dollars. Do you think the price is good ?has anyone stayed in this hotel b4 and do you think the swimming pool is nice.?

Hi, carol

Sorry for the late reply!
I would like to share the experience of my trip.
The 1st day :
Singapore airport --> shuttle bus to hotel --> MRT to Merlion City -->No Signboard (Esplanade Mall) for dinner (delicious curry crab),waited for long time as we had no booking

The 2nd day :
Taxi to Fire Museum (Be aware that it is closed on Monday) --> MRT to Science Centre (Monday closed) (NS1/EW24 Jurong East station, then walked for about 10 mins) --> walked (5 to 10 mins) to Snowcity, but it is small, just a snow slope to slide --> Taxi to Boon Tong Kee (Balastia Road) for dinner, delicious fried to-fu and hai-nan chicken --> Taxi to Orchard Road for shopping and bookstores --> Taxi to hotel

The 3rd day :
Taxi to Chinatown Heritage Centre, it's very worth to go for a look, although it may be boring for child --> Taxi to Balastia Road for lunch (meat bone tea) --> Taxi to Wild Wild Wet (Tuesday closed), my son was very happy --> Taxi to Maxwell for early dinner --> Taxi to Sentosa for musical fountain show --> Taxi to LauPaSat for satay --> back to hotel

The 4th day :
Taxi to the Zoo --> Taxi to Orchard Road for late lunch and Ya Kun toast --> Taxi to hotel --> shuttle bus to airport

From the 2nd day, we decided to take taxi all the way to save time, the taxi fare was reasonable.

We stayed at Furama Riverfront Hotel, it's not convenient as it's quite far from MRT station and Orchard Road.

Have a nice trip !

大家好!
我前日剛從新加坡玩完返黎啦! 唔該晒大家之前既提點, 今次旅程都好愉快!
今次有跟大家介紹去咗Night Safari(真係值得去), Sentosa (玩咗斜坡滑車/吊車.........囝囝都話好玩), underwater world 冇入去因為太多人排隊(原來我去嗰日係當地public holiday), 坐duck tour. 仲食咗文華酒店, Maxwell food centre 天天, 同文東記既海南雞飯, 試咗都係覺得文東記既海南雞飯最好味.

天氣方面, 正如你所講, 雖然報紙預測係雷雨,但係去到真係好好陽光, 只係間中有過雲雨, 不過真係好熱.
