all of you are only little bit "fat". But I am 188, help???
I am so worry that I can't do it, i've used thousands of methods and several thousands of money on this topic.....
I have finished the course & maintenance at Feb 2006. After that I can't control myself and always eat. During Apr, as I need to complete lots of homeworks and projects, I didn't go the gym for doing excerise. I gained back 5 lbs.
Actually, I have joined the "Keep Fit" program for a year, but I don't want to go back MSL at first as I'm afraid that I would be scold.
Eventually, I went back at early May, I follow the diet menu and it's around M1520 and start doing excerise. And I have lost 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks.
For me, I have to do excerise for losing weight...
Yes, I was 150 lbs and the fat rate was 37% when starting the program. And now my weight is 120 lbs (after work hard in the past 2 weeks) and my fat rate is 23% (measured at MSL 2 weeks before). I hope I can lose few lbs with doing more excerise.

i do thousands types of exercise, kickboxing, stepper 50 mins, hot yoga, rowing..... but it didn't made me fit.

Simply doing exercise is not enough because you don't know the 'technique' of choosing food. That's why I join MSL. Nutritionists from MSL will tell you how to choose food when you go to resturants.
After I have joined MSL, I have asked my hubby that if it is waste money to join the program as some may say that it's simple --> just doing exercise and eat less. But, he told me that the money is for the consultancy service. He said may be you could find the way by yourself, but you may take very long time for try and error... So, he think it's a good choice to have the consultancy service from MSL. And you could learn something from the course.
