我已經決定左做Intralase, 今日去左港安醫院驗埋眼, book左下星期做, 原來我左右眼近視唔算好深, 有325度, 但散光竟然深左好多, 一邊325, 一邊300!

放大瞳孔will have more accurate measurement than at street optical shop.
anyway, no worries, but after surgery, every day must use eye drops, even if you feel your eyes are not dry. because your eyes have not heal properly, therefore you may not really detect if your eyes are dry or not.

不過,Evloution, 我家族都有老花, 我雖然仲未有,但過多5/ 6 年都應該會有...咁係咪不如等埋老花先做, 可以有得就番呢??

very hard to say, i am not eye doctor.
i know some people leave a little -50 degrees short sight, but i don't think you will like it. when i wear spectacles, i always wanted full correction
alternatively, you can consider like me, monovision. try +50 in one eye, and -50 in the other eye. a bit strange at first, but very quickly no problem. i have gweilo friend who has monovision for two years already. he says it is okay.
whatever, better discuss longer with the eye doctor first if you have concern over 老花.
