My ex-husband's auntie also live in 聽濤雅苑 and I know the environment is quiet and good. The price also dropped a lot right now. But it is quite far away from my place to work ar (Central). I am thinking moving back to HK side before Janice study Primary school. I think there are more good schools for girls in HK side.
