哈!我諗我比你感覺我好蠢,but that's what i want to say, so that's why i said i'd better avoid to do the meditation, so that i won't be 天人合一, just do the stretching postures. 但有基督教徒話甚麼sun salutation, or其他postures係模倣某些動物既動作,所以我打算base on 呢點去問father & that bk mom,基督徒如只做動作而冇worshipping既mind,咁係咪可以做yoga. do u understand what i mean?
