而家要等阿b滿月再去健康院check先可以話比大家知.

All,

Just went out to my dance teacher's 10 year wedding anniversary. Her son is 3 months older than my son Tristan but look like triple Tristan's size, scary.

For the soup, I don't remember having stomach problem but then I have milk the next day law then I just start drinking "papaya" soup, first week because I was afraid of wound (natural birth also has wound) so I have "papaya with meat" then 2nd week onward till now "papaya with fish", very good and effective with milk supply. My friend who also breastfeed saw my milk supply once and said mine were creamier than hers, hee hee :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Miu Miu & Miffy,

For the training, the night part was quite successful, it took about 2 days. As for the day, it took longer about 1 week but of course as my honey always say, the BB is not a robot so don't expect will follow the book exactly. Every day is a new challenge. Tristan will follow about 90% everyday according to schedule and we always just hope the 10% is not in the middle of the night.

Miu Miu,

Doesn't Jasmine already have a routine since you are at work already???!!!??? If she has a routine already I don't think you need to put her on Gina Ford's schedule. Also if you follow GF's schedule, I don't think you can take a shower for your baby. It requires the baby to take a bath at 5:45pm and goes to sleep at 7pm which you won't even be able to play with your baby when you come home from work.

Nopan,

No need to thank me so big woh. I'm glad to hear BB's arm movement has improved.

Don't worry too much I think everyone of us to a certain extend has the same feeling as a new mom. Worries too much about the BB, is he too hot, too warm, don't have enough to eat, etc..... and we just cry cry cry. Also the "crying" is very normal because of our hormone changes just like when we first got pregnant, can be very emotional. The crying should be better after a few weeks, it will go away eventually. It seems your honey is also very understaning of the situation. I still cry even just today watching TV on some show talking about baby, hee hee .......

Also like they said talking to someone either your honey or us helps a lot as well.

Re: getting rid of the middle of the night feed.

I will try the "water" method maybe tonight. Actually I have been trying for 2 nights but my honey was the one who gave in when he heard the son crying. But tonight a friend of ours told us we have to be more strict and it will be successful. They said taking care of a baby needs to be very strict sometimes and cannot give in. With the baby is a "tug of war" the baby and the parents will both see who gives in first, then that party lose (hopefully we win instead of the baby lah

)

Regarding u girls talking about the emotional crying, I also like that but more serious the first 2 weeks after BB born, this week is much better, the most emotional part is while I am feeding Baby.......like what CS say, when I look at BB, I worry that she feel cold, hot, what will her future like, and once she cry, worry is she sick? anywhere discomfort.............Luckily at that time, MM, cicy, Mui and all sisters here also give me many support.
Once I come here and read those messages, which make me feel more relax.............

So it's important to speak it out.... tonight I will have the "Full Moon" Dinner for BB, and my hubby will go back to work tomorrow.....I think I will cry as well.............

Natalie has non-stop crying these 2 days & nights, she only sleep 1 hr in bewteen and cry like hell. It's different from her usual cry.....so my mum and me is really worry if she has any discomfort......and I already try to feed her every hour, but seems still not enough........
Last night I feed her 3oz of formula but she still cry within 45 mins, so I give her extra 2 oz of Breastmilk......then she settle, but during midnight still cry cry........... in my house already have 3 big panada here......"Me,my hubby and my mum"
I will also try the "water" method see if that works on her or not. And I think I will get the Gina Ford's book tonight, and start to read that ASAP. But thanks a lot for u all's advise.

我都試過, 一個鐘餵一次奶, 每次十分鐘....真係比阿b反屎, cicy話, bb係有"急速成長期"(唔知有無記錯個名), 係會食得多d, 叫我唔水擔心, 每次過左呢個時期都會好d.....你今晚睇下本書就得架喇.

Exactly!!! After tonight's dinner I think she also not going to sleep well..........really "heart pain" when heard she cry.......from midnight till now already feed 7 times la!!!!!!

Hope she will pass through this"growth spur" soon.
