Yes, I have read that chaper alreay and planning to start from early February.

Chester still didn't wake up during the period between 2-4. I have tried your method ---> wash his face with cold water and change his nappy but he only opened his eyes for 5 minutes and fell asleep again!

He is now sleeping and I just finished dinner, how about you? Trust that Tristan is also sleeping now, right?

GF also talked about how to switch (wean) the baby from breastmilk to formula milk, you should read up on it to help Chester adjust also you can stop without engorgement law.

Was he awake for his bath? Did you manage to feed him at 6 then?

Did he nap from 9-10am and what about his lunch time nap?

Can you imagine all of us on GF's schedule and we will all be having free time at around the same time and all of us can chat together again!!!

Yes, Tristan is asleep as well and I just finished dinner also.

Ha ha.. it will be excellent if we can have similar chat time ar!

Chester did not have morning nap today as he was crying for feed (but GF mentioned that we can't feed after 7:45 as it will upset his next feed ma). He did have a good sleep for lunch nap as well as afternoon nap. He just finished his last feed from 6:10 till 6:50 and fall asleep at around 7:00. Do you think he is in the routine?

Since he didn't have a morning nap, maybe that's why he was a bit more sleepy at 2-4 then. But it looks like he is okay with the rest of the routine then.

How is Chester with his sleep and feeding last night (I mean after 7pm last night) then?

He had another feed at 10:00p.m. and 2:00a.m last night. He started to cry at 1:30a.m. and I waited until 2:00 to feed him. But then he even cried more seriously afted fed. He finally fell asleep at 4:15.

I just wonder that he should be very tired this morning but don't know why he still could't have morning nap ?-(

Miffy,

Except for the long period he stayed up last night, I don't think it's too big of a problem today.

Remember just try to achieve 1 at a time, at least you have part of the night back. Even if his day time naps are a bit weird now, just try to keep the "maximum daily nap" time total doesn't exceed by too much.

Tristan never manage to stay up for the 2 hours slot in the morning, he will fall asleep no matter what at 8.30am but as long as his night sleep is not too off, it should be okay.

Chester will get better in falling back asleep after feeding at night and the middle of night feedings should be easier as he gets older and awake more during the day.

All,
I am very tired today as my girl is so agitated today, and not even sleep over 2 hours each time.....so I am tired as well............
Same as yesterday,once I hug her to sleep she just keep crying and now my mum come back and hugging her, that's why I catch sometimes to chase messages and will sleep for a while.
