actually not only high protein, 高脂肪既食物 together, i read from articles, 青木瓜(旦白質, 酵素比紅木瓜高2倍)&排骨(脂肪)煲湯, twice a week, 你試下

one set of towel for one lesson, I used the towel to placed on the mat, can't use the same one for bath..... :evil:

奶類野我唔飲, 無論係鮮奶/奶粉. 但朱古力奶/咖啡我飲. 牛奶公司果隻鮮果乳酪我都飲. 所以果時陀bb 要飲鮮奶, 對我黎講係好痛苦. 飯我都食一碗, 有汁撈我會食多d 添.

我唔得呢, 佢d mat 太薄了, 一定要加毛巾先可以做扖係地下既動作, plevis 位(完全無肉的) 痛死都未天光
