U really have to takecare your body ah....weather is not so good tim bor! drink more water and sleep more, if possible drink some honey/pear water,but not too sweet, it may helps.
Only u left jar....everyday we are expecting for good news ah!

BB is not a robot as you and cicy say, he has his own character so difficult to predict... as long as he is healthy and his daily intake and sleeping time is ok, I think certain extent of crying is acceptable. He may want to seek security or assurance from the parents... :mrgreen:

Chester cry so long time ah....u must extreme tired now.....

My girl sleep from 9:30pm till 1:30am.....so do I also sleep from that period, therefore again...delay the feeding time. I feed her at 1:30am and make her to sleep around 3am, she wakeup at 7:30 this morning, it's okay la, at least catch sometimes to sleep.........

Actually Jasmine has started the sleeping training after the evening feed since this Mon. In the first day, she cries for a long time and I have spent almost an hour to make her fall asleep. On Tue night, the time has reduced by 1/2 and then yesterda night, I only spent 20min to make her fall asleep.

She is gradually improving but of course she struggles a lot before I take over from Jer Jer and her whole body sweats because of her struggling. I sing her lullaby and stroke her head to soothe her and it seems it works on her. I will keep trying everyday until she can sleep by herself.

BTW, Jasmine starts her daytime sleep training and my maid seems very worry about whether Jasmine can survive through the training. She seems very reluctant to train Jasmine as she said Jasmine woke up 4:00 this morning so it will be rather cruel for keeping her awake till 10:30 for the first nap time. I tell her if we do not train her today, she will stay awake every 4:00 morning lor... This is the reason why she has to be sleep-trained as her sleeping time is a mess !!! :evil: I will call later this morning to see if she sticks to my schedule, if no, I will definitely comment her lor... of course mildly...

I just called my maid to see how's the sleep training going. You know what my maid cries on phone and she told me that Jasmine is so poor, she has cried for two hours and feels sleepy. On one hand, I feel very happy becoz she loves my bb very much, on the other hand, I worry whether she will ruin the schedule. I have told her that I am not surprised Jasmine cries that much but certain extent of crying is acceptable as she is a healthy baby; and the most important of all, it is for her own good, actually not only her, but all of us. I have also explained to her that first few days of sleep training is like living in hell but after that the situation will get better and better.

She seems understand... but I am now worrying very much in the office lor
