Yes, chat here can give you energy for yoga! don't giveup ar... I understand the pressure from family (husband & daughter), but try to solve the problems, like me, usally early morning time (before 9am) & 6pm to do yoga then rush back for them!

ng... I've to stay late for boss bi-weekly, means this week I've to stay late till say 9pm or 9.30pm all depends on boss. Then next week I can leave at 5.30pm, my boss has 2 secretaries, so share the workloads with my colleague!

So if I can leave at 5.30pm, my schedule is
Mon to Sun - 7am or 7.15am
Mon to Fri - 6pm
So usually around 10 classes per week

If stay late
Mon to Sun - 7am or 7.15am
6-7 classes per week

& sometimes boss is out town, I can squeeze the lunch time for 1 more class, that's why Jandt said I did 3 classes per day!

Tomorrow & Fri I'll take half day off, so plan:
Thur - 10.15am, 12nn & 6.45pm (3 classes)
Fri - 8.30 am, 12.45pm & 6.45pm (3 classes)

you feel my job is free? in fact no ar... I almost need to switch my mobile for 24 hours standby for boss & family! I tried to wake up at midnight to call overseas & rec'd calls from colleague! Also no lunch hr ga cos boss usually stays in the office, asks me to do this & this.....

But once he is away, I (should be we - w. my colleague) can squeeze the time for personal things.

haha.... I enjoy my job, boss treats me very good ga actually! I served him for over 7 years lu! I'll continue !!

Tonight.... I guess 8.30pm! so have dinner appt w. my girl friends (ex-classmates) at 9pm in CWB!

hi, all playing yoga mama,

I have been joined the class at plant yoga last month. I find I really enjoy the classes here. Besides, I started to play belly dance, it is very funny and easy. Although I always lost my rhythm, but it is not a such big deal...... Hope I can lose my weight with such exercise.
