My boy used to "身上紅斑" after his 1st fever at 1 year old. The doctor said that was called"玟瑰疹", it was not itchy and the spots discappeared in 3 days. That really scared me as that's the first time he had high fever and spots.

牛肉有豐富既蛋白質及鐵質，對發育係一種好既食物，但同時有d人因食牛肉而皮膚唔多好。
舊飯夠一歲先買牛肉比佢食，因覺得牛肉係燥熱既食物，或者妳可以試用牛肉熬湯煮粥比蝦餃仔試試先，睇下佢腸胃及便便接唔接受到，另外就係我一煮牛肉就會配搭多d蔬菜。
