lots of tourist that they are the "dai yea"........eg. the people from China.............after the use the toilet, the toilet is very and very dirty. Yes, lots of people learn the hotel course, they need to learn for 3 yrs, one yr for in the restaurant/hotel, one yr for in the kitchen, and one yr for in the office,half yr for work in any restaurant/hotel and half yr for learn in the school. Some student in China, they learn hotel course in Switzerland and wait for the chance to go to USA, cos USA's hotel course is very good.......when I worked in my uncle's restaurant, I also worked with the student, some of the students are very lazy, as the same as prince/princess
記得舊年我初初黎到UK，間staff quarter要大掃除足足一個月，洗到手到軟先至似番可以比人住＝》o禁講真係一點不誇張
最奇怪係佢地唔係唔知o羊叫做污joe，而是不處理的 自己住架嘛，點忍

大陸人一般衛生水平的確跟我們有點差距
the China students are very dirty, too, they worked in my uncle's restaurant, and my uncle gave them a room for stay few month or half year, they cooked in the room, so the mouses came in la...........one night, when I laid on the bed, I heard zi zi zi sound, it was a little mouse in my rubbish bin.............I was so scared
and packed it, took it outside's rubbish. Here we live, a mum came from china, but married to HK man, she doesn't eat HK favour food "cai ciu"........she said the red isn't good for health, but she eat cup noodle...........is cup noodle good for health...
