I have rented a flat la! It's in Stage 2 and the location is very convenient. Very high floor but direction is West + South, with good decoration. The rent is $$$$! We plan to move in the next weekend. Woo... We are tired in finding flats.

Fanny(the agent) is very very helpful. Although I cannot rent a flat thr' her, I thank her very much (she helps me wholeheartedly and gives us many advice). In future, I would ask her to help when buying flat.

My husband and I think that we should buy a flat within 2 years to avoid busy with finding flats.
