actually in the morning session, have chaturange part ga.. today only did 4 sets, in the morning.. usually 8 sets (4-touch chest... & 4-chaturange).

其實重左1 lb 都唔係好緊要姐... 可能係error. 不過你餵緊人奶, 做咩要減肥?

如果大陸d 野咁肥膩, 我可能會食到瘦架... 因為痾到九彩...

但我係比起未有bb之前重左6磅喎!我接受唔到呀!

其實我覺得呢個西柚減肥法都好有營養,只係唔吸收starch,所以我覺得唔會影響人奶既質素.生完大女後我都有跟atkins減肥,又係唔係starch,atkins d staff話只要每週唔減多過2lbs,咁應該唔會有問題.唉,唔好話2lbs,半磅都減唔到呀而家!

movenpick係夠滑,但甜左d,我prefer dreyers or haagadaz.你咁想食,我嘔番出黎比你食丫!

痾到9彩至多係流失水份,到唔再痾時好快會回覆體重.唔好自己呃自己呀! :mrgreen:

last time in myoga sharing session, they asked us whether we like workshop or outdoor/camping yoga. hope they will arrange workshop too la. i love it ar. can enjoy yoga life, not only asana mah.
記得抄份notes比我!

12:30pm...hmm.... let me think think la....i got class in 2:15pm, no time for breakfast+lunch la. and i am afraid there's not enough time for me to choose lululemon. can try it on or not?

其實完左上次比賽之后, 公司就on sale.... 升左之后又要掉department, 又要從頭followup, 總之無事忙... 仲有3次 meeting 幫HKRMA 做理個<日本考察後 presentation>
就really finish.

今日去做番HOT, 好正, 好多汗流,但隻腳就mum 唔直 :-(
又硬番...

i borrow light on yoga chinese version from my friend.
unlike taiwanese chinese, it's so easy to undstd.
only RMB$58 (but dunno how much in HK book shop)but of course simplified chinese. it's worth buying.

highly recommended. can treat it as dictionary! cheap mah!

i tried karen & connie trail lesson but hv no idea abt mandy.
don't like they open windows while ashtanga. so noisy.

better a witty fool than a foolish wit

only room 1 & 2 should garden view, usually for HOT
but other 3/4/5 for normal yoga ... but I have tried at morning class quite OK
