Does he take a long nap at school?? I remember once a while my Hei Hei also slept that late when he was attending the full day school. So we tried to bring him to playground to burn his energy after school.

May, 有無問過老師熙熙係學校午睡情形係點?

每晚臨訓前, 你哋有無同佢玩得好癲? 可以試下每晚臨訓前半個鐘以上同佢進行啲靜啲既活動, 等佢個人唔好咁興奮. 或者臨訓前熄暗啲燈, 營造一個靜啲既環境.

等我一陣打給老師. 但佢最多就睡一小時15分.

唉!
放學後放電 - 有做.
臨訓前熄暗啲燈 - 有做
每晚臨訓前半個鐘以上同佢進行啲靜啲既活動 - 有做
每晚臨訓前, 你哋有無同佢玩得好癲 - 已沒有做佢玩.

你哋想下,我都瞓著3次, 其實個氣氛都已經好易令人入睡.
最慘係, 我好想睡, 佢又唔睡, 我又無得睡. 佢又不斷玩野.
但佢起床, 並無懶床, 今日仲7:15起床, 叫我哋去食早餐跟住才返學.

For Hayes, super happy when we're with him at night! Attention seeking with non-stop talking on bed! We enjoyed much to play with him after work, thus bed time is relatively late, haha.

10-10:30pm on bed-->fell asleep at 10:40/sometimes 11 or later

-->wake up at 7:20am with daddy/8am during weekends & holiday

take nap from 2-4:30pm

Ivy sleeps the earliest...
we go inside her room at 8:30...turn off the light before 9:30 and sleep before 10:00. She would wake up at around 7:30. However, she only takes a one-hour nap.

her schedule is the same even on weekends.

其實之前同hayes的schedule差唔多.

但返學後佢nap time都無2小時啦. 變了仲比以前睡少了.

我今日會早點回家接佢放學, 大把親子時間, 等我做野先.

其實最主要的原因是papa成日都唔願睡, 個仔又點會想睡. 但要papa早睡, 佢又做唔晒自己野, 我又唔想迫佢早睡. 唉! 總之就好煩. 我諗我要找一天和papa傾下佢想點, 點做會好點?!

Kei Kei's sleeping pattern during the past 2 months is as below:

Monday to Friday:
7:15~7:30am Wake up
12:30~2:00pm Nap at school
9:30pm Go to bedroom for story time
10:00pm Switch off light and sleep

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday:
8:00am Wake up
8:00~8:30pm Sleep as NO NAP in afternoon.

Can you ask papa to sleep first ? Then wake up to do his work after Hei Hei fell asleep.

This is the method that I currently use and it's quite good.

Hei Hei's schedule:

With a nap at daytime: (1.5 hrs)
go to bed at 10:20-30pm

without a nap:
go to bed before 10:00pm

he wakes up at around 8:00pm.

That's what we do too.

Ivy once came out to the bathroom and saw us sitting there...She told us that it is time for bed as it is dark outside. It was only 9:15...She thinks we sleep at the same time too!

我都知. 我唔想成日都係仔仔面前話佢.

我一個星期叫了佢同我哋一齊訓了兩天, 跟住佢又唔會理.

有時佢一齊入房, 仔仔更加興奮, 簡直無睡意.
