剛剛pump 完奶, start at 3:30pm, it only takes 15 mins and I can pump 7 ozs. Can't believe it. I will change the pumping schedule tomrorow from 2:00pm to 3:30pm to see if I can pump more.

I drank more water this morning and have a cup of milk. Maybe the interval of pumping is now longer, so more milk being produced and can pump more.
