Just sharing:

After blockage of my both sides, pump very hard and drink black bean tea from Mon-Fri this week, my milk supply is better from 4oz. to 7.8oz. lar....touching!!

Hoping that Hughes doesn't need to be on diet, he likes a "hungry ghost" when I'm back after work although we give him more congee and fruits sauce...

God is here with us! ^ ^

Long time no chat!

Haha, Ryan and Hayes can't sleep on the same bed to prevent from "mutual stimulation" bor!

Hayes also keep asking whenever we tell him story on bed, he would be super high to imagine, ask, query & develop his own story version....laugh c us ga, we thus can't feel asleep too coz. keep laughing for his super childish thinking!!!

His story time was adjusted to papa's back from office before dining time. Hayes keep asking/chating until his mouth was occupied by rice!!

不過我覺得佢瞓多咗之後, 情緒好似好d, 無咁多波動 / 扭計, 我都係由上次睇完嗰個節目話"細佬要瞓多d", 先要佢早多1.5鐘入房瞓覺.

同妳一樣, 相信依幾日我親屬開始作怪, 再加上依家一日泵得兩次咁大把, 我過去兩日係 lunch time c 泵難泵都好難出奶, 無論我點泵都係得 1 安, 到半夜晚都係得 2-3 安, 加埋全日得半餐, 今朝妹妹終於飲埋 freezer 裡面最後一支冰奶, 到聽朝飲埋最後一餐, 我打算今次會正正式式掛泵, 結束我啱啱好 18 個月泵奶生涯, 雖然係好唔捨得, 不過與其我咁泵法先得的的咁少, 莫講話想當補品俾妹妹, 好似連濕個口仔都唔夠.

各位現任 / 未來奶媽,

妳哋繼續努力啦, 我會無限量支持妳哋.

9:30pm 飲奶 + story time + 刷牙
10:00 - 10:15pm 前上床熄燈傾一陣計
around 10:45pm 訓著

每朝 6:30 - 6:40am 自己彈起身

試過 5:30am

mouth: 今朝 5:45am 同工人講要 brush teeth

聽校車 ee 講一上校車就訓 around 半粒鐘, 攪到午睡時間, 我都唔敢俾佢訓咁耐, 通常 2 粒鐘一定叫醒佢.

唉

總知佢註定一定要番上午班喇.

啱啱過咗個星期四晚, 我都嘗試叫晴晴自己訓覺

但佢要成個幾鐘先訓得著, 到星期五我同佢傾計時, 佢眼濕濕同我講話昨晚訓覺好掛住 mami

果一刻聽倒真係好心痛

攪到我依家唔敢唔陪佢訓

係咪女仔真係嗲啲嘅呢

昨晚臨收工接倒大口環根得公爵兒童 e 院姑娘嘅電話, 約咗我嚟緊個星期二帶嵐嵐見 e 生, 收咗線之後我成個人好緊張, 個心一直忐忑不安, 事關今次應該係同嵐嵐做一個全面評估, 睇吓佢依家個整體表現去到咩程度, 將來需唔需要讀啲特殊學校, 雖然我已經有心理準備去接受, 但作為母親, 點都唔希望會係一個事實.

想問下有經驗的MAMA, 我BB就快滿月,最近臉上及身都出了好多粒粒不知係咪濕疹, 都想去看醫生有沒有好兒科醫生介紹.
同我食的食物有沒有關係,我有飲鮮奶,蛋,魚,菜,豬肉,魚湯或排骨粟米胡蘿蔔,雞.

Yes ar! Long long time no chat la beacause I always rush on BK.

That why I would only read a storybook with him before go to bed. So I would keep silence on the bed, sometime he would ask "Daddy, Mami go out, I want to sleep alone".

But it's work 50:50, sometime (5 mins later) he would shout mami mami, then I would sleep with him again.

I understand your feeling, but you have to control your's emotion. If it is a real fact, take it easy! Think how to plan the future rather then upset.
(Of coure I know it is easy to say but hard to do, but you still need to try.)
