頭嗰幾個步驟係一樣ga.
e.g vanilla ice-cream steps :
1. egg york x 2 plus sugar : 打到泛白
2. milk with vanilla seed & 條 : heat with small fire, no boiling
3. mix (2) into 1 (a little bit and a little bit, otherwise the egg york will be 煮熟).
4. heat (3) till it is thickened (also, don't boil)
5. put (4) into the 兜, add the whipping cream (P仔manual 話要打cream, but i skipped it as per "我愛冰淇淋'), insert the mixing 棍, close and lock the cover properly, then push the button.
6. put the container into the fridge
then it will mix and freeze at the same time in your freezer! therefore you would occasionally hear the machine sound from your fridge!!
to make cookies and cream flavor, i just add some crumbled oreo into the vanilla mixture during step 5
to make red bean flavor, just add the red bean paste
but for both, i had largely reduced the quantity of sugar
