Remember if you fire your maid, you have to give her a open ticket for 2 weeks. It is by law they are allowed to stay in HK for 2 weeks to look for jobs if you just buy a fixed ticket and drive her to airport she can sue you at the labour department.

As mentioned by Cicy, the maid is permitted to stay in HK for 2 weeks after termination. It is no use to bring the maid to the airport and force her to leave HK as she can call police and complain right at that moment to the airport staff as she has 14-day allowance to stay here. Be careful when you handle her termination.

Finally I bring Natnat back to my hospital to see Dr., & he say she has no big deal then give me 2 meds & 1 nose drop. But say only give her if really necessary, otherwise just watch out try to avoid meds as she is still small........Now I feel much better.......
