the yoga clothes is shxt la. will not wear it for yoga again. maybe my ball ball are too small. the collar is too wide,not tight enough. unlike nike, this brand (brazil?)doesn't have a thick rubber band like bra inside the clothes. can't hold breast tight. and i perfer pads can be place at two side, not be put in the middle.

你下次買野要小心d睇清楚, 唔好信哂sale講既野啦sm:

我買左件, 在中間入 pad, 完全無問題喎.... :

ya... they've so many different brands (& each brand has so many style, 交叉,粗帶,幼吊帶,入膊..), I tried a lot, but only the brand I showed before is good (both the vest & pads), usually I washed together (means didn't take it out) & hand wash all yoga wear, but don't squeeze it otherwise the shape will be changed ugly (because cheap!).

紅色招牌, 有野雀仔, 唔係交义背都好, 因為我走去買左2件, 交义真係絕左種.....

唔好買 "monoxxxxx"

any medical research or theory proved ga?
i don't believe all . i need proof.
but, Vit C is indeed one of the recognized ingredient to whiten skin tone.
unluckily my skin is sensitive type, can't use rich or unstable Vit C
