嘉心 good ga! My elder daughter is studying K.1. Her teacher is Miss Ng. Principle Yeung is also very nice & helpful. My younger daughter will 插班 in June, 07.
老師及校長的態度幾好! School is a little bit old & small, if you don't mind. Teaching method is rather traditional, start drawing lines & writing chinese & enghlish characters since K. 1. Nursery classes are quite well-known & good. They also have drawing classes & dancing classes which are also quite well-know in Meifoo.
Under my observation for these two years, I can say this is a good kinder & my daughter benefit a lot from the school. Their students are quite polite in general, loving reading, music & arts. We have outings with 老師及校長 in Yuen Long Lai Chi Yuen, we've visited Ocean Park, we've been to the lake in Disneyland. We've also been invited to a program in TVB called 'Dada Didi' last month. Parents & students are on the show last Sat at 4.30pm on TVB..
As far as I know, there are quite a lot of students moved to another kinder when they finish N.1. Their parents told me that because they want their children study in the kinder in Kowloon Tong.
Some parents in 嘉心 told me that their son (which is now studying in K.3) will be accepted by Yin Wah Primary School.

Forgot to mention one thing that you may also consider. Gar sum in a private kindergarten.. Which means parents cannot get those 'school fee coupon' Very poor!

Before I move, I think 19/F should be with less dust. I also think the same as you. Perhaps the dust from the big road fly to my house. If it is so much dust, I may need to consider other estate if we buy.
