我要搵番份diet紙出嚟至得喇,我都唔知放咗响边.不過我嗰次要去nutrionist喥磅重.等佢話俾我知可以要重幾多磅.又要教何為一個serving囉.跟住serving portion.我依家冇跟份量架,未ready嘛

你除佐要小食d粥粉麵飯類,potato, corn同pea都要小心intake.依d carb.都好重.食水果instead of 飲juice.同埋小食多餐.我嗰nutrionist响Fresh Meadows有office.係American嚟.如果你想去visit佢我可以pm info俾你.我都可以試吓搵噃之前嘅diet list.不過我唔guarantee嗰張餐單係適合你.因我唔知你e生想你重多幾多磅呀!

我未搵人教Corey游水呀!不過Corey間学校嘅tuition己包括学生去private pool喥嘅membership fee囉.佢summer school有俾3years以上ge小朋友响上堂時去泳池玩.3 years以下只可以玩噴水.
叻叻咁靚咁cute, Corey預佐要同好多哥哥弟弟公平競爭架喇! J

My daughter KTV is 28 months and my son KEV is 14 months la.
hehe, I am very carefully picking boy-friend for my KTV la.
I am not sure about the gathering yet but if we go, we would definitely love to you and everyone else

諗起介食野..我真係好怕怕..我果時都介左好多..因真係驚有問題..我個test係超高, 好似話過左200, 但唔知點解..醫生叫我介食開始.我都唔係真係介得好清,但已經有好明顯血糖唔高啦..仲驚有d暈, 成日袋住糖..有時一早起身, 仲要飲橙汁先冇事. 到我生之前都冇咩事..係真係食少d sweet野咯, 不過唔知點解..我係咁食chocolate...好想食..食到生...哈哈..其他sweet野真係冇食.

係呀..搵過下學校.都話要成2-3歲先收教swimming, 咁都係等叻叻大d先...
我琴日online睇到話battery park有個比bb玩既area有水玩..唔知係唔係..星期一等老公放假去帶叻叻玩下啦..唔係好快又過左個summer啦...
講時講..叻叻真係唔係一個靚女...似晒佢老豆..哇哈哈 (希望c6睇唔到..嘿嘿..) 不過有度好..佢唔係一個喊包...:-P

我地邊住得起近central park...果度..好似係d年身有成一百million美金既人住咁架...果個donald trump就住果度咯..總之圍住個central park既屋..都係高上住宅黎架..好似半山咁既價錢.
咁你地仲有幾個星期就過黎啦..買晒ticket未呀? 記住叫佢留個bb 餐比你..同埋有片片比埋架..要request in advance. BOOK位..book bassinet位, 但你bb都大, 未必坐度bassinet.但果個位會wide 一d..都好d既. 但我唔知 biz class有冇咁既位啵..定係公司有頭等比你地呀?

有gestational diabetics d 孕婦嘅sugar level响朝早未進食時係偏低d架.一想起 I may need to go through this again都好驚.
咩你咁話你囡囡&老公架J.叻叻又文靜,笑容好,靚女得哩又有小小怕醜.真係人見人愛.:-P

I do wish you come earlier to pick up the baby stuff, so you will know what you gonna buy..
I will give you some nursing pads (different brands) for you to try.. see if you like any of those.

gestational diabetes

I have started my diabetes menu for over a week. At the beginining, I thought that it's very difficult and it's not easy to control. First few days, the degree fluctuated and the dietitian was not satisfy with the result but she said that she would like to give me some more days to try before ordering insulin injection. On Thursday, I have a whole day meeting from 7:30am to 4:30pm. I was so worry that how can I control my choices of food because the company provides breakfast and lunch and I might not be able to test my blood sugar on time. Finally, even I ate in a restaurant, I could able to gain a satisfactory result. Also, that meal was actually big in portion and I was so full. I won't say that it is easy now because I'm not used to eat a small breakfast and having snacks all the time. But, at least, I'm not so frustrated now. And, the menus that the dietitian suggested to me are easy to follow and she gave me quite a bit of choices of food. I'm not picky on food hence, I find it not too hard to follow. So, hope we have good luck on this and deliver healthy babies.

我諗我上次咁高係因我冇空肚做blood test咯..佢都冇叫我12hrs唔好食野..我仲走左去飲左cup好sweet既juicy..咪衰左咯. 仲話我太高, 都唔洗再做第二次test..gig 死我..我下次唔會咁傻呀. 不過好在佢比埋個monitor我用..唔洗我買..
叻叻而家成日係屋企攪呢樣攪果樣..睇少d都唔得..佢乜都要睇下係咩黎..好鬼8下..叫佢唔好攪個fan..佢仲點多幾下,睇下我會唔會鬧佢..仲有..因太熱..幫佢剪左個男仔頭..出街d人成日問係男定女..哈哈..都真係要番番長少少先得..
