My baby is 2 months old. I plan to go in early Oct. For health consideration, i want to ask the hotel information offering room like bungalow or the room not with 中央冷氣. Many thanks!
- Patong area, lots of things to buy and things there are lots cheaper.
- New department store "Central Festival", a branch of Central at Bangkok. Lots of things to buy and cheap.
- Laguna area, I live in Sheraton Laguna. A very nice hotel and I got upgrade to Villa room. My daughter love the baby elephant there. The swimming pool is very nice as well.
- Weather is good, not much rain but hot.
- Elephant trekking, very exciting
- Wave too high, cannot go to Khai Island this time, a pity!!
- Big C, like a very big supermarket
- Lotus, like Big C
- Pancake sell near the Holiday Inn, very delicious. Only Baht25.
- Rent a car with driver only Baht700 per day from morning to night. Cheap.
- Boots products very cheap but they don't have the detox line in Thailand.

We're going on Oct 3 & will stay in Allamanda. May I ask a few questions?
(1) Would you pls kindly advise where is Central Festival?
(2) We want to Khai Island too, how do I know if we can go or not, do we have to wait til that morning when we reach the pier?
(3) Do you know if it's a must for getting a pass in Laguna area? I've seen the pools in Sheraton, but too bad we couldn't book Sheraton this time.
(4) Where did you rent the car, outside the hotel??
(5) I heard somebody said Boots are more expensive that before, could you advise how many percent cheaper than the ones in HK? Sorry, cos I'm not too familiar with Boots.
I went to Bam Rim Pa for the sunset dinner. It is a very nice restaurant. The food is good.
I've been there about 10 years ago, it is totally different. Many tall building and the FantaSea show is okay. But I advise not to join the buffet dinner as you cannot get the food very easy as many people.

As I know that the tickets on Oct is really tight, but the hotel still in low season price and worth to go.
Usaully I'll through Wincastle for package but sometime I'll buy ticket via HK agency, Hotel will via internet (for much more cheaper and more choice).
As yr first time to visit Phuket, I suggest u stay in Patong area hotel, like Holiday Inn (new wing), Phuket Cabana....etc, cause u stay Patong area is more convience for shopping, eating, spa..... no need to always take transport for activities. especially u carry a 16mths baby together. After this trip if u love Phuket, that u can come to visit next time in the other type of travel.

Arcadia Hotel 幾好gar, 幾年前twins 係phuket拍寫真集都係 lei 間 hotel 住 gar. Location 係 Karon Beach, 大部份係seaview room gei. If u visit Phuket at first time, that u will happy to buy the spa units, T shirt, snacks,
so many.... cos' the price so cheap (of course u must bargain - like in 深圳咁還價就得 ) Boots 就要睇你想買gei items la, check the price in HK first that u have concept for buy it worth. Yes, now is in 雨季. Nevermind, the rain will come fast and go fast, just enjoy yr trip....Have a nice trip

其實現在的布吉旅行團都幾方便gar, 通常lei d tour 都會住同一間hotel 唔使將 d 行李搬來搬去，加上旅行團多數住Patong or Karon beach, 都係比較旺gei 地方。又包出島遊及有 d 重包 Siam safari (即係elephant ride, monkey show, caneoing, chilli recipe show...)，有些可能要自費呱！咁你可以揀
