生日蛋糕
Plan Description: 預計須要8個8”-10”大的生日蛋糕, 分開8組, 每組12位大人。請懂得做蛋糕的媽咪幫手。

派對照片
Plan Description: 邀請5-6位攝影機幫手, 每個家庭出示”影相券”後, 會有8-10分鐘任影時段。 若以全部家庭計算此項安排需約2小時, 餘下1小時就用作集體合照
及攝影師進餐時段。 所有原大少的相片將於生日會結束後上載到ftpserver。 If we have 5 camera-men, the buffet cost for them is about $55*5=275. If we have 100 participants, we could share this cost, and each will need to pay $275/100 = $2.75 extra for the photo service. Is it OK with all mums?

安排集體遊戲或跳舞項目
Plan Description:
- I am asking my friend, who has joined a 6-month play group, to share us what kind of games can be played with 6 months
- Group Dance - We could plan some dancing musics and do the dancing with babies, e.g. Head-Shoulder-Knees-and-Toes

<全場最??>選舉
Plan Description: We will define 3個 全場最?? for 選舉 and announce the themes at the beginning of the party. We will distribute 3 colored voting papers to mums/dads at reception at the beginning. We will setup 3 boxes putting at the stage for people to vote for the 3 themes. The voting deadline is around 3:45pm, and we will count the votes from 3:45-4:00pm. At 4:00pm, we will announce the winners of the 3 themes and ask the winning BBs to come to the stage for a "cat-walk".

Note - Cafe Musical told me that their dance floor is about 300 sq. feet. We need mums to lend us the mats and some other mums to help to pick up and clean the mats before the party

Thanks. Please kindly help to pass the logistics (date/time/restaurant address) info to them. May I ask your help for you to be the middleman to help to coordinate their part, e.g. when to arrive, our program run-down, their responsibilities at the party, how to upload the photos afterwards, what the photo-coupons are, the approximate time for each family, etc.? Is it OK? Or, should I contact them directly? Please kindly advise. Thanks.

All,

Plan for later this week:
- By Jan 7 (Friday) midnight, we could confirm who will join and the no. of people
- Then, we could see how many seats will be available for the mums in the waitlist, and I will arrange money collection for the waitlist
- At the same time, I will go to Cafe Musical to pay the deposit to hold the date. Will post the deposit receipt here for you to review
- Once we have the deposit receipt, we could start following up the sponsorships
- We could continue to form the committee for the different programmes and start working on the items

Question - do we need to have a committee meeting before the party, say by end of Jan? Or, could we set a meeting date/time and all the mums go to "BK聊天室" for the discussion?

AJ, sorry that I forgot to follow-up with Mr Fong about the extra drink coupon matter, will check with him later today. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Thanks!! We also have HA's sister who could be our receptionist, I guess 2 is GREAT, as this could help to make the progress faster at the peak moment (2:30pm) when many families approaching the reception.

我問過其中一個朋友, 佢地o的電腦都應該同我一樣咁白痴, 相信只會燒碟比返我, 然後靠 sonic幫o下手攪之後follow up!!!(e.g. 放返o的相上bk比人睇!!)
另外時間方面, 若果我地有5個攝影師, 42個家庭計算!
每個攝影師要負責影8-9個家庭, 若每家庭用上10分鐘, 已用上個半鐘左右了!!
而其餘時間儘量影多o的大合照好唔好??
佢地好隨和, 可任由差遣!! 至於photo coupon, 可以由我負責!!!
