Actually Read at Home is similar to ORT as all characters (Biff, Chip, Kipper, Dad, Mum, Floppy etc) are the same. Both are written by Roderick Hunt/Cynthia Rider and illustrated by Alex Brychta.

I don't think we can buy Snapdragons in HK, right?

Hi fatping1,

Frankly speaking, I like ORT/RaH more cos their stories are written around kids' favorite characters like kipper/biff/chip/floppy, hence they're more interesting and children will find their reading more enjoyable.

Whereas snapdragons are indenpendent stories written by diff authors and illustrators, with no relation across diff stages. Hence your kid can read well-written fiction books from various authors in diff wriring styles and expression.

I've got both at home and found they can help to boarden/strengthen my son's reading ability.

Of course you can buy snapdragons in HK. You may either contact ETC and Idea bookshop for price info.

.我新年去singapore都買左RaH, 但係唔齊欠3c, 4c 同埋Parent's guide. 請問那裡可以買到 ? 試過去Pageone睇, 不過佢地個d有cd連埋.

You may call ETC for the missing books.

I bought more 1a/1b/1c and 5a/5b/5c (books without CD) from them weeks ago, cost $38/book.

Actually the titles (and contents) of MK books are matched with that of MK VCD.
