alqvimia held workshop every month, different topic every time, free to public, their company will send email to mailing list clients to let them know from tim to time, there will be some gifts after the workshop, this is the first time i got a seat, it usually full in a short period time once the email sent out

i will join body work with my husband tonight, can't join fusion dance

90% back to normal, use 50% effort / stretch to do poses regarding the lower back, i don't do "bow", need to train some muscles in lower back to share the pressure of the tail bone

100% effect / stretch for other parts is ok
