我落地當然feel到啦,仲要係未落都知,咁我曾經問過個醫師,話好似未拔針喎，咁痛既，跟住佢話"係咁架"我咪以為係咁lor.點知去洗手間就發現.....初時唔知係咩,我仲自己拔左枝.尋晚成隻腳都痺．今朝都係麻麻地．
針完隻手好明顯好左．條spline就好左少少.佢話肌肉疲勞，hold一個動作太耐所以咁.

個書名真係咁...但查過字典好似無panacea呢個字.等佢返來再問佢

agreed, usually i am highly focus in the class, but when i am not (closed eye) , the teacher will say, focus on your body......happened not once

好似瘦左2lbs呀,不過唔sure,因呢幾日m到,平時m到會重2lbs,但今日上磅同之前冇m時一樣重,唔知係咪即係瘦左呢!

bj冇野玩,但好多景點睇+行,所以行到腳輭,抱仔抱到腰酸背痛手臂斷.真係冇講笑,去故宮行左5.5小時抱足差唔多4.5小時,第日去長城直頭要抱住佢上長城,長城之後就去13陵同北海公園,好彩可以推bb車.第日去頤和園又係推bb車行足7小時.好金!

我地的行程如下:
31/3 - 天安門食風+影夜景 =>火煱時代
1/4 - 地壇公園=>金鼎軒=> 雍和宮=> 歡樂谷=> 小王府
2/4 - 北京動物園=>遊胡同，四合院=>松子
3/4 - 故宮=>王府井小吃街=>王府井美食廣場=>孔乙己（杭州菜）
4/4 - 八達嶺長城=>明十三陵（定陵）=>長陵神道=>北海公園=>泰辣椒（泰國菜）
5/4 - 頤和園=>東華門食小吃=>天下一家
6/4 - 天壇=>上海快餐店=>機場=>香港

there should be two 100ml, one is message oil, another one is 水溶性 eo, for bathing

我都搵唔到呀, 但點都唔會一本hk$150郵費,(我朋友岩岩係印度返黎, 佢用hk$20買左一本) 我今個月底前一定會訂架啦
