The Fusion class that I had attended was just like the advance level of Dance Intro. Jagan supposed everyone who attend Fusion knows the steps well. That's why, I couldn't follow. But for dance intro, he will explain every step in detail so that I can follow >80%.

係呀, partly 係因為我好like 首歌, 我今日non-stop 咁聽左N 咁多次啦! 我想快d 熟左d steps 呀! 上呢d dance 堂同其他yoga 堂既感覺真係好唔同.

我尋日有事放左假, 上左 6pm yoga therapy by master, 無試到 hatha sattva, 下星期先試, yoga therapy 仲吃力過 professor 的啊, 個 warm up 用既力已經好似cathy 全堂用既力.....e.g. child pose FLOW to cobra, then cobra FLOW back to child.....arm, middle back, lower back muscle tired....

and cat pose (left hand and right foot up).....difficult to balance and hold, he stopped counting when someone put the arm and foot down wor, until all put up again and continuou to count again........

I had an experience... when I was attending Samrat's yoga class.. heard the fusion song upstairs... haha... my figures was out of control to move... sorry.. I shouldn't like that.. I should focus on yoga!!! hehe..
