hard to say. u shld go to have trail lesson.
most of them are not traditional yoga teachers but they have hearts & know how to teach.
i have tried hot 2 and bodybalance. will have trail pilates tmrw. though i will join it tmrw~~ no money la~~!:-(

i am not their member, and never have facial there, i tried to smell their oil, the quanlity is good, better than we order online in australia, but price more than a double

but base oil is ok, better not to buy essential oil again lor
