你果日坐咁近我,你話我feel到d咩.咪寒lor...我諗你真係好傷..你內心都係好唔開心,揾緊d野去麻醉你個種感覺.如果你係為咁去做yoga未必幫到你. 不如你真係去吓d無咩人既大自然環境當中.自己一個人靜靜feel吓.feel吓周圍d聲.做吓pranayama.記住成日最好唔好講野,唔好聽電話,好靜好靜咁,好過做yoga

唔好眨眼,望實candle frame,concentrate,慢慢me下眼,me到only見到個frame. then close ur eyes, u shld still feel(see) the frame. use ur 3rd eye.
at the beginning 你一close eye就咩都見唔到,再try再try.
我試左一堂都唔得,第二堂先見到個frame.再比d心機望住佢.到消失左再open eyes重頭再黎.
