尋日轉o左食上海野....死....好似仲肥咁....
尋晚食o左 : 小籠包1個 + 小白菜1碗 + 雲吞1粒 + 茶醬鴨2片 + 菜春卷1件 + 豆沙鍋餅1小件

聽日要上去見營養師.....實比佢話都似....

但我今日都照返食佢安排o既餐單....
早餐 : 白麵包2片 + 低脂芝士1片 + 火腿1片
午餐 : 白飯1 1/3碗 + 油麥菜2碗 + 煎豬扒140g + 小橙1個
晚餐 : 仲未諗到食乜.....

其實個營養師我都未見過...所以未有安排我做運動喎...

sigh ..... now I'm too thin la ... I'm in 163cm tall and so my range is between 108-115lbs.
108lbs is already the minimum, but now ..... I really don't know why In last 2 weeks, I only did 4 days' exercise at home ; ate out for 7 meals. Perhaps I caught a cold for 2 days la .....

By this week, my menu has increased to m1440. My nutrionist said it's the common situation when just starting the maintenance period because the body is regulating by myself. But one thing's really surprising me ..... my nutrionist said I can eat McDonoulds, chicken wings, desserts .... etc. only not too often is okay

我終於參加0左米絲洛啦!由於我好重磅,所以要8+2。其實有D驚堅持唔到,希望係度可以同大家傾0下,得到D鼓勵,可以順利完成呢個漫長0既戰爭!我星期五就見飲食指導同影相,好驚見到自己0既短衫短褲0既肥豬樣 :cry:
希望我跟到D餐單啦!再次多謝你0地呢個topic,如果唔係我都唔會咁有決心減肥! 大家一齊努力啦!

今日上完msl, 只係輕得dd, 結果跟住要食雞旦餐.
跟住買左d展銷既小食. 有麥餅 (8塊=1份五穀), 糙米脆餅 (14塊=1份五穀), 本來勁開心. 跟住走人上左巴士先發覺佢地係有1/2份至1份脂肪.... 想搵d任食唔肥既野就真係無麥可能.

仲有一個月, 但有7磅要減.
10/11/05 (126.8; 30.x% fat) 07/12/05 (121.1) 14/12/05 (120.7; 28% fat) 21/12/05 (118.9) 29/12/05 (119.2) 04/01/06 (118.5) 12/01/06 (119 ; 26.2% fat)

嘩, 見到你個磅數流晒口水呀, 你而家一定好正啦~

我尋日買左個stepper啦, $450, 踏左42分鐘1550下, 心跳都係得120到, 要較大d個幅度咁我諗個心跳會勁d!

呢兩日望到喊, 食左好少嘢, 俾營養師話,你再唔做返d運動, 你一定彈彈彈, 食得咁少落磅就一定架啦, 但係就好快彈囉!

大家繼續加油!! 向Bluemouse既成功進發~~

係呀, 係未夠架, 營養師話應該要20分鐘一千下就唔多, 我三十分鐘先一千下,真係慢, 我後來較大左d, 踏快d, 就好dd. 唔算好辛苦, 我覺得好過踏凳仔, 因為企左上去自然會踏, 凳仔要我提起腳踏上去, 無乜動力....hehehe

我係旺角買, 有現貨, 不過好大部, 要抬住走(尋晚搵老公抬), 最好帶架車仔去拉. 你最好打個電話去問問先, 唔係無貨就白行一趟!

尋晚上去msl.....比營養師話我呢餐食得肥....小籠包裡面o的汁好多油...雲呑又多肥豬肉...春卷同豆沙鍋餅更加唔洗講....同埋m到...所以重o左0.5磅...冇輕到... :-(
我同佢講話我生日可能去食buffet...佢安排o左個m1290比我之後一日食....希望到時忍到口啦...
同埋要做20分鐘原地踏步.....

又真係肥膩左d既, 不過m come soon + 上海菜, 反彈0.5lb 算la, 都好好架la, 再繼續努力, 減肥係持久戰呀 食buffet 都好, 有好多野食得

Thank you all for your praise !! I will keep my body weight in around 110lbs in future and also keep the lowest fat rate !! In fact, I plan to have bb in 2007 and I think too fat and too thin are no good to me !!

Just 7lbs for 1 month is okay la ... you can do it !!! sometimes, eat healthy 小食 can make yourself happlier. Just 1份脂肪 ...... I always don't eat 1份脂肪 at breakfast. keep up ar !!! :mrgreen:

During maintenance period, I haven't been to gym la ... coz lazy wor Had 4 days' exercise at home, did marching, sit-up and arm slimming. Total spent an hour each time. But only 4 days'exercise in 2 weeks and ate m1290.
so .. by this tuesday, I changed to eat m1440. also I can have the same dishes with my family. In last 3 days, I had hot-pot once, 8 chicken wings that I haven't eaten for long time. But very strange this time .... when I ate chicken wings, they're not as good taste as before, and I found quilty when I picked it up !!!!

繼續加油啦 !!! You and Ah Pat are always 'good examples' to me. Both of you need to lose pounds more than 30lbs. Be frank, really not easy ka !!!!
Spend more time to do exercise wor, as attractive dishes will be coming at X'mas ar !!! :lol: :lol:
