我見到個flame外邊係紅,中間唔記得係blue 定其他顏色

我無做到流眼水,因為我唔係支持好耐.

我隻腳今日幾健步如飛喇，尋日個大醫師打過電話來道歉． :-x 真係連睇醫生都有意外....

每個人唔同啦, 我對mantras特別敏感, 好容易就入定, 光就要多少少時間先入到定, 見白光就要睇當日心靈狀態

你指22 april 7-9:30am果個intensive meditation course ? 呢個我一定會去, 定有第二個? 我成個星期無返py啦

印度式既zen 我有興趣學, meditation最高層次係24小時既三摩地, zen meditation 最高層次係乜呢

另,當中當然有唔同,但最終目的蟬定/入定/入靜/三摩地/三昧地等都不過是一個名稱,都是要「綿綿密密」、「心息合一」、「若有若無」、「虛無飄渺」

等我今晚返屋企試下做candle meditation 睇下會見到乜野顏色先

agreed, 我果時買左 light on yoga後, 先發現呢本, 當中有好多好有用既 warm up / therapy 既介紹, 初初覺得therapy 可有可無, 但而家上多左 therapy 先知當中好處, 另外 satyananda 都係好野, 呢兩樣做basic training 係一流

最新報告, 用左花水+玻尿酸+食用級珍珠粉(北京同仁堂買的)+dry paper mask連續3晚每晚10分鐘, 明顯地淺色左....
