When I had m1290, I ate lots of vegetables ... until I felt full. Also do you eat rice ? When I felt hungry, I'll let one mouth of rice stay longer in my mouth and chewing a bit longer time. That chewing action makes your stomach feel full ! Or you can make "vegetable soup" for yourself.
Also, my 營養師 told me to drink a can of diet coke per day when I do feel hungry.
It's no good to let your body "feel hungry all the times", because it will rebound a lot later !

三文治餐 is to control your oil absorption. Usually have it after special events, like 生日, 做冬 , 聖誕節. If possible, do more exercise while having 三文治餐, more effective ka !!!
btw, do you tell your 營養師 that you had M come ? Usually we have 'chicken leg'餐 after M come lor .... to "remove water" ?

Yes, I have m1440 now. But sometimes will eat a bit more esp. when special events. My nutrionist told me to eat sandwiches the day after.
偷食 ? yes, start from maintenance, I sometimes had desserts, like muffins, cookies, cake .... Also I already have meals with my family, that means more oil, more salt, use 雞粉 to cook.
Yesterday when I went to msl, my nutrionist used to increase my menu again, but she finally said next time because the special events are coming.
Don't worry much at maintenance, it's usually stable when you 跟足餐單.
