I am very happy for you that momo can/likes eating so many things...i hope I do not need to wait till the day my neck becomes giraffe for kristie to like to "try" all these...
Sigh.... :-( :-( :-(
Questions again...
these two days...she "suddenly" cried with congee...she usually were okay with congee...we do not know why...she cried and have lots of tears and then throw up...
But when I feed her bottle food - e.g healthy times pumpkie, she is okay...she even okay with some vege puree my assistant made...but the two meals with congee she cried heavily...
I know there is the fifth teeth coming out...but will it be related?
Any clue, momama?! and if it were you, what will you do?
the schedule like this (for weekend)
7:00 --- milk (ok, little "lau gai")
9:45 --- congee (cry, distract by tv...little throw up)
12:00-- 3/5 cup yogurt + some fruit (okay)
2:20 --- small bowl of oatmeal (okay, eat at friend's place)
4:00--- vege puree (okay, little lau gai)
6:15--- congee (cry heavily...throw up, finish 3/4, cannot continue)
8:00: --- 2/5 yogurt + little strawberry (okay)
9:45--- milk (ok, little "lau gai")
****
and this morning the 9:45p.m congee cried heavily after she finishes half and throw up and again cannot continue...

I am puzzled becoz she usually was quite okay with congee...and very sure we have not introduced new taste...
If you were me, will you "stop" congee? or try a few days more and see how it goes?
Many Many thanks!
PS: i am a bit worried becoz I will be on trip from tomorrow till thur...
If she does not like congee suddenly, then skip, and then resume a few days later, no need to force her. Can substitute with any other carbohydrates, bread, potatoes, etc.
Again, I don't suggest eating light food in mid-day and eat congee in the morning. Try feed in a normal pattern like adults, lunch is lunch, dinner is dinner. Yogurt and oatmeal is not supposed to eat in the afternoon.
I don't think teething is the reason of crying on congee, try to think think what makes her upset, maybe the feeding techinque or the taste.
sorry to keep you busy...so if you were me...how will you "arrange" the feeding schedule as example as mine?
ps: and do you think it is okay to feed her 1 cup of yogurt per day and split to 2times? as my baby cannot eat a lot...so still little eat more meals...
