I also had C-section ah, and i started eating 補品 weeks ago already......I have bought '28 fong' and i nearly finish it now, so, i think you can start eating bit by bit. Is your 惡露 still a lot? My 惡露 has already stopped lar.
My elder girl 出世時 was only 1.92kg (37.5 wks-- I have high blood pressure). She stayed in hospital for nearly 1 mth. She is now 4.5 yr old and is a bit over weight la. It will be hard for mame to take care of 唔足月 or under-weight BB. So, take more rest now to prepare for your BB's coming back home, no need to worry

都係夠佢最多三個鐘。小B好重，現在都應該有12 lbs。上一次健康院護士話重得咁快，唔好給他吃咁多，中間比佢飲下水！ 不過係吾得嘅！佢喊得太淒涼啦！
